I need to add a longer inscription with more than 9 characters. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. For durability, this design only allows for up to 9 characters. However, the following name necklaces do allow for longer inscriptions:
The Cable Chain Script Name Necklace - with up to 10 characters
The Two Capital name necklace - with up to 12 characters.

Does my item come with a warranty?

Yes. We want to make sure you'll enjoy your beautiful jewelry for years to come. That's why all of our items include a 2-year warranty.
You also have the option to upgrade to MYKA’s new Jewelry Protection Plan, including an extended 5-years Jewelry Protection and more services promising to maintain your satisfaction for years to come.
